Duncan Campbell was born 1431 in Argyllshire, Scotland.

He married Anna MacCowle. She was born about 1440 in Lorn, Argyllshire, Scotland. She was the daughter of Iain MacCowle.

Their children were:

Dugald Campbell (born 1457 in Auchinbreck, Argyllshire, Scotland)
